Shipping Rates and Transit Times
To ensure you have a great shopping experience, we've crafted our shipping policies to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs. Even though we are shipping large (and often heavy) cutting boards, we're proud to be able to offer free delivery to many of our customers. Plus, we never charge any handling fees.
As cutting board specialists, we know how to properly pack and ship our boards. On large boards, we use special fit boxes, custom corner protectors or bubble wrap to hold the board in place. In fact, we designed our packing method to withstand a 10 foot drop test! You won't find this level of service with your generic kitchen store.
Our store shipping rates, estimated time for delivery and policies are outlined below. We ship international too, just checkout for a real time rate quote.

*Please note that PO Boxes are not eligible for free shipping.
**Region does not qualify for free shipping. However, we do offer subsidized shipping rate and help cover a portion of the shipping cost, which is built into the pricing during checkout. Please note that international orders will usually require the customer to pay customs processing or VAT fees if shipping outside of US, freight orders may require special handling and customs brokerage.
Standard Ground service is USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS SurePost or FedEx Smart Post.
For Premium Ground USPS Priority, UPS Ground. Delivery time is a best estimate based on delivery times.
Expedited Delivery is handled by UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority.
Note that shipping times may be extended during the holidays but that we will update our website to reflect accurate shipping times.
Shipping Notifications and Tracking
Our store will generate an email notifying you when your shipment has been created and also when it has been shipped, along with a tracking number and link.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping
We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska and our shipping is determined by USPS. Unfortunately AK and HI do not apply for our free shipping offers due to the additional cost of shipping. Mahalo to all our Hawaiian friends however!
PO Boxes / AFO / FPO
We are able to deliver to PO Boxes, AFO and FPO addresses, but must utilize USPS as we cannot deliver via UPS. Due to the extra charges for shipping via USPS we cannot offer free shipping service for these deliveries.
Canada and International Shipping
Our choice of shipping carriers include UPS WorldWide Express, UPS WorldWide Expedited and USPS International. UPS typically delivers in 2 to 4 days for international orders. If you choose UPS, please be aware that they will charge you brokerage fees for customs processing. We also offer USPS International options, USPS does not charge extra for brokerage fees but do cost a bit more and take a bit longer.
Please note we do not offer free shipping for international customers, due to the high cost, and international orders are not eligible for returns.
Please note that CuttingBoard.com will not be responsible for any customs processing fees or duty tax if applicable. In the event that you refuse to pay duty or taxes, your product will be discarded by the carrier. Please note the we do not provide refunds on international shipments, due to the high cost of shipping. Rest assured, we package our boxes very well for international shipping and use plenty of packing materials for a safe journey. We have not had any lost or damaged shipments yet!

Other Shipping Terms and Agreements
- Published shipping and transit times are best estimates and not a guarantee of delivery time
- Customers will be responsible for shipping costs in the event that a package is cannot be delivered, returned or rerouted, due to missing, invalid or improper address.
- We can only ship to PO boxes using USPS
- International orders do not qualify for free shipping
